Payment Methods

There are 3 options to do the payment: credit card, bank transfer or online money transfer.

1. Credit Card

If you choose credit card payment, we need name on the card, card number, expiry date and 3 digit security code from the back of the card (4 digits, front of the card on AmEx).
You can send the information in separate e-mails or give us a call at +386 30 465 555 from Monday to Friday, 9 am – 4 pm (Central European time).
Please note there is 3% surcharge if paying by AMEX and 2 % surcharge if paying by VISA/MasterCard because of the bank commission.

2. TransferWise

An online international money transfer service, which generally charges lower fees for transferring the payments as compared to the banks. They use currency rates of Forex. Please follow the link to their website: https://transferwise.com/

Please send the bank transfer without the fees for the recipient.

With a Bank Transfer, note that we need to receive the amount shown on your Invoice, net of bank fees. For every bank transfer we pay foreign transaction fee at our end. Your bank will charge you a fee for the transfer. Kindly note, all fees and charges relating to the Bank Transfer are at your cost. If your bank uses an intermediary bank, additional fees may apply. Unfortunately, the amount of intermediary bank fees cannot be determined in advance, however they generally range between EUR 15 to 30. In the event a third party fee/charge is deducted from your transfer we will advise you of the amount and would appreciate you paying us this shortfall before or upon the tour start.
